Absolutely worst experience I've ever had first they wrecked my only car I'm a mother of two kids this was my only way back and forth to work . Then they blew the moter in my car they said the young man driving was his first day and shouldn't been driving so the pictures are after they apparently fixed the front end was ripped off . I agreed as long as it was fixed they gave a free oil change and half off alignment and discount on tires . I brought it back a few days later because the fender was trapped under my tire there FIx was to cut it off two days later I was pulled over because all my headlights and turn signals were out there still not fixed I brought it to do the oil change and alignment they did the oil change but alignment machine was broken so I brought it back the following Monday they did the alignment my car car started smoking so I put a fuel injection cleaner in it on my way to work 15 days later my oil light came on checked the oil there was no oil I put 4 quarts in took it back up there while I set in the lobby I hear Mike yell who did this oil change on this car then he asks me to walk out there when I did he told me there was no way I put 4 quarts of oil in my

I ran over a large bolt on my way to Charlotte Douglas International Airport to drop my son off for a flight, leaving me stranded on a Sunday when most repair shops were closed. Mavis was the only tire shop open, and I'm glad they were. Mr. Duff went above and beyond to help me figure out the best course of action. Even though my tire and wheel warranty required the repair to be completed at a different shop, he took the time to answer all of my questions, explain my options, and make sure I understood what needed to happen next. The team at Mavis treated me with kindness and professionalism from the moment I arrived. They even recommended a highly rated local towing company that could get my vehicle to the shop covered by my warranty. While they didn't end up performing the repair, they absolutely earned my appreciation through their outstanding customer service. Mr. Duff and the entire staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me. It's refreshing to find a business that puts people first. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a much more manageable one! 2024 VW GOLF R

It was time to get new tires for my Honda CR-V. The place I used to go to closed so I was looking for a new tire shop. Mavis on Celanese far exceeded my expectations. They were friendly and not pushy. I got the tires I needed at a great price. I only wish I had discovered them years ago! Thanks, Jarek and Mike for taking good care of my car!

BEWARE! SCAM ALERT! Employees at this location are running a scam. I purchased a new tire from this store seven days ago. I noticed a slow leak, eventually causing the tire to flatten. After re-inflating, I inspected the tire with soapy water and found no obvious puncture. I took it to the store, where the tech lifted my car and also sprayed the tire with Dawn and water. No bubbles. No puncture. Then the tech removed the tire and took it out of my line of sight for about five minutes before calling me over. Suddenly there were bubbles gushing out of the tire. I called the tech out on this noting that only minutes earlier neither of us had seen this obvious puncture. He told me that was because the tire only had 22psi. He deflated the tire to demonstrate. But as I suspected, there were still OBVIOUS bubbles. I suspect the technician pierced my tire when I wasn’t looking rather than initiate a warranty claim on a tire that was faulty. Ive included pictures I took of the tire the day before with no visible punctures. This is the second tire I’ve purchased from this location with a slow leak. Stay away at all cost!

Came to Mavis tires and as a woman coming by myself I had the best experience. I was taken cared of right away and Mike was very polite and thorough with everything I needed. I definitely will be coming back and recommend anyone to come.
